What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When you signup to our mailing list, we collect and store your email address and possibly your first and last name.  No other personal or identifying details are saved in this list. This information is never sold or shared with any third parties. We only use your data to contact you about news and updates from Big Crown Records. 

When you make a purchase from our website, we collect and store the first name, last name, email address, phone number, and the billing and shipping address that you enter when you checkout. This data is used so we can mail you your purchase and to send periodic emails regarding your order.

We do not collect or store credit card data. Credit card data is processed through PayPal or the Stripe online payment processing service.

We keep analytics records for up to three years. We keep customer purchase records for ten years. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
